“We are most happy to share our experiences with the Health Resource Center. We were really impressed by the wisdom of those who set up this wonderful spot in Santa Barbara for accessing medical information from the published journals of the medical world. Of course we recommend this spot for others. The equipment is well maintained and available along with many print texts and pamphlets. The staff keeps track of the searches and often contacts inquirers with additional information. They are available by e-mail or telephone to provide answers for new questions. Sansum Clinic is to be congratulated for establishing this jewel of a research library on Pesetas Lane.”
“I am so pleased with the care that I am getting from Dr. Sim and his entire department. I feel that Dr. Sim is always aware of my history and provides thoughtful advice. When I have needed to call in, he has always been helpful. I never feel rushed. Thank you.”
“Thank you Dr. Newman and staff for all of your kindness during my father's two year battle with lung cancer. He received excellent care! You all are truly a blessing! ”
“I want to commend Dr. Gonzalez and Monica Picard, RN, for their competence and compassion. They have always responded quickly, listened carefully, and explained things clearly. They helped my late mother, and they continue to help me whenever I need assistance. Well done, team!”
“Thank you to Judith Rand, NP for outstanding service that I very much appreciate. I also want to thank the front desk staff for their courtesy and kindness. Nothing feels better than walking into a clinic when you're sick and seeing those friendly smiles. It is so helpful to have bilingual staff since my English is limited.”
